Job Description

ML Realty Partners is a long-term industrial real estate investor and developer in the Central United States. ML Realty Partners is looking for a candidate to provide analytical support for the Finance & Accounting Department who oversees the company’s current investment platform which is focused on the acquisition, development and on-going portfolio management of the company’s industrial portfolio. This position will report directly to the Controller and the candidate should have a passion for numbers. Our successful candidate will be a key member of the Finance & Accounting team whose responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and business planning
  • Managing and maintaining portfolio ARGUS runs which includes preparing cash flow forecasts and asset valuations in addition to integrating operating budgets and leasing projections
  • Assisting in the preparation of investment summaries, financial models and underwriting for potential investments and developments
  • Maintenance of Policies, Procedures and operational best practices
  • Maintaining company Dashboard and forecasting
  • Assisting Controller with processing construction draws and weekly accounts payable, maintaining land entities, and maintaining monthly supporting spreadsheets for MLRP’s books
  • Providing research support for market, property sector and capital market knowledge
  • Assisting in acquisitions, due diligence, financing, refinancing, and disposition efforts


  • College Degree preferably in Real Estate or Finance
  • Experience in real estate analytics, underwriting and/or valuations
  • Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills (proficiency in Word, Excel and ARGUS is required)
  • Individual must be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver a self-review of their work
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; flexible and adaptable
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, effectively manage time, meet deadlines while reporting milestones along the way and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
