ITASCA, ILLINOIS – Brendan Hill, Acquisition Director of ML Realty Partners, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 7542 North Natchez Avenue, a fully leased industrial building in Niles, Illinois.  The 45,052 square foot building is occupied by Avery Dennison Corporation, a global materials science and manufacturing company.

“With this acquisition, we’re adding a very functional, fully leased building in the north suburbs with strategic access to the highway system and labor,” said Hill.  “This acquisition allows ML Realty Partners to add a quality property to our growing portfolio.”
