- Fleetpride signed a new lease for 22,945 square feet at 3942 Irving Boulevard in Dallas. Dan Cook of Cushman & Wakefield represented FleetPride and Jeremy Mercer of Mercer Company represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.
- LVTONG USA Golf Cars renewed and expanded their lease for an additional 20,650 square feet at Union Bower Business Park in Irving. Eric Crutchfield of Stream Realty Partners represented LVTONG USA Golf Cars and Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.
- Uniwell Laboratories signed a new lease for 39,555 square feet at 14850 FAA Boulevard in Fort Worth. Michael Spain and Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented ML Realty Partners.
- Momentum Exterior Systems signed a new lease for 21,742 square feet at McKinney Trade Center in McKinney. Christina Parker of Remax represented Momentum, and Adam Graham and Ken Wesson of Lee and Associates represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.
- Fluid-Flow Products renewed their lease for 20,776 square feet at Union Bower Business Park in Irving. William LeMasters of Mercer Company represented Fluid-Flow in the transaction.
- Deluxe Strategic Sourcing renewed their lease for 50,456 square feet at 1406 Dunn Drive in Carrollton. Jim Graham of Newmark Knight Frank represented Deluxe in the transaction.

- Westwood Restoration signed a new lease for 14,095 square feet at Park West Crossing in Coppell. Jeremy Kelly and Lena Pierce of Stream Realty Partners represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.
- ADW renewed their lease for 20,000 square feet at 1445 Belt Line Road in Carrollton. Sandy Kee of Kee Commercial Realty represented ADW in the transaction.
- 1-800-Pack-Rat renewed their lease for 76,596 square feet at Crosby Trade Center in Carrollton. Brandon Glick of Mohr Partners represented 1-800-Pack-Rat in the transaction.
