ML Realty Partners was founded in 2001 by Michael W. Luecht, with the mission of being a long-term investor in industrial real estate, maximizing shareholder value and providing a platform for individuals to achieve their personal and career goals. During his tenure, Mr. Luecht grew the company from being a startup to one of the largest and most respected real estate operating companies in the central United States with assets in excess of $2 Billion.

Mr. Luecht founded ML Realty Partners after 14 years at the McShane Companies where he served as company President. He was inducted into the Chicago Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame in 2014 and retired from ML Realty Partners as President and CEO in 2017 due to health reasons.

Mr. Luecht was a Fellow for Leadership Greater Chicago, a prominent organization that promotes diversity in the Chicago area through various business and civic leaders. Luecht has been involved in multiple organizations, including serving on various boards that promote leadership, provide shelter for women and children from domestic violence, and help at-risk students attend college.
