Mr. Abusaad oversees leasing for ML Realty Partners in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Prior to joining ML Realty Partners, Mr. Abusaad worked for Duke Realty and Marcus & Millichap in Dallas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Abusaad is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

Mr. Andrews oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions at ML Realty Partners.

Mr. Andrews was with Anemone Corp, Cushman and Wakefield, and Inland Retail Real Estate Trust before joining ML Realty Partners.

He holds Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Economics from Elmhurst College.

Mr. Benson focuses on the construction and development functions at ML Realty Partners in the Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth markets. As Senior Director, Mr. Benson works closely with tenants, design professionals and contractors to work on new construction and buildouts.

Mr. Benson was previously employed at Industrial Developments International (IDI) and McShane Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from DePaul University. Mr. Benson has also earned PE and LEED AP designations.

As Senior Director, Ms. Crivello oversees the internal analysis function at ML Realty Partners. Prior to joining ML Realty Partners in 2010, Ms. Crivello spent 13 years at Colliers, Bennett and Kahnweiler in their Investment Services Group and their Office Advisory Group.

Ms. Crivello holds the following three master’s degrees: A Master of Science-Real Estate Valuation and Investment Analysis (University of Wisconsin-Madison), Master of Business Administration-Finance, Investment and Banking (University of Wisconsin-Madison) and a Master of Arts-French (Arizona State University). She currently serves as a Board Member for Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE) and is a member of ULI and CREW, as well as the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).

She was a National Board Member within the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA) and President of the Chicago Chapter. She served on the Membership Committee for ULI and several committees for CREW. She was also President of Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC) as well as a Board Member for several years.

Mr. Geisler joined ML Realty Partners in 2008 and is responsible for overseeing all development activities at ML Realty Partners. Mr. Geisler seeks land opportunities and oversees design and construction relationships.

Mr. Geisler was previously employed at The Missner Group and McShane Construction Corporation.

He is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Geisler is also an active member of NAIOP, the National Association for Industrial and Office Properties.

Mr. Hesch oversees the strategic direction of ML Realty Partners, with a focus on investment policy. Mr. Hesch has been responsible for the oversight of many functions which helped ML Realty Partners become one of the largest industrial landlords in Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth.

Mr. Hesch is a member of ML Realty Partners’ Board of Directors and has been with the company since 2003. Previously, Mr. Hesch was with McShane Corporation.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Real Estate from Indiana University in Bloomington. Mr. Hesch has received numerous real estate certificates from various educational institutions including University of Wisconsin and University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Mr. Hesch is a board member and active participant within Indiana University’s Center for Real Estate Studies.  Mr. Hesch was previously a committee member for NAIOP Chicago’s annual awards dinner benefiting Chicagoland food banks, a longstanding committee member for the annual Comcast Sports Award dinner benefitting the March of Dimes and a member of Chicago’s Parkways Foundations for numerous years.

Mr. Hill oversees the acquisitions of buildings and redevelopment opportunities for ML Realty Partners in the Chicagoland market.

Prior to joining ML Realty Partners, Mr. Hill was a broker with Nicolson, Porter & List where he specialized in assisting industrial real estate clients and owners with strategy and implementation. He is a graduate of University of Dayton’s School of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Mr. Hill is a member of several professional organizations including the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Ms. Kozinski oversees the operation of ML Realty Partners and assists in the strategic direction of the company. Previously, she oversaw the asset management function at ML Realty Partners.

Ms. Kozinski is a member of ML Realty Partners’ Board of Directors and has been with the company since 2007.

Ms. Kozinski was previously a Senior Property Manager with Equity Office Properties in Oak Brook, Illinois and Second Vice President at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler before joining ML Realty Partners. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.

Ms. Krumwiede oversees the asset management function at ML Realty Partners. As Director, Ms. Krumwiede provides leadership both internally and externally with outside property management teams to optimize asset operations and value.

Ms. Krumwiede was previously Director of Property Management of the Midwest Region at Liberty Property Trust and worked at Prologis, CBRE and JLL before joining ML Realty Partners. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Illinois State University. Ms. Krumwiede is also a LEED Green Associate, Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and is Chairman of the Boma Suburban Chicago Industrial Committee. She is currently a member of CREW and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Mr. LeVeque oversees the quarterly valuation process and reporting for ML Realty Partners.

Prior to joining ML Realty Partners, Mr. LeVeque was previously employed with Deloitte as Valuation and Modeling Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Michigan State University.

Mr. Novak oversees the leasing for ML Realty Partners in the Chicagoland market.

Prior to joining ML Realty Partners, Mr. Novak was a broker with NAI Hiffman where he represented both landlords and tenants in the Chicagoland area. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

Mr. Novak is a member of several professional organizations including the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Mr. Shannon joined ML Realty Partners in 2012 and leads the firm’s leasing and acquisitions efforts in the Midwest. Mr. Shannon has been responsible for numerous major lease signings of buildings and development land during his tenure at ML Realty Partners.

Previously, Mr. Shannon was a broker with Darwin Realty and Development Corporation where he represented both landlords and tenants in the Chicagoland area.

He received his Bachelor degree from the University of St. Francis, where he currently serves on the Athletic Alumni Board. Mr. Shannon is also an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Mr. Smith joined ML Realty Partners in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing the leasing and acquisition efforts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Mr. Smith has been responsible for numerous major lease signings and acquisitions of properties and development land during his tenure at ML Realty Partners.

Previously, Mr. Smith served as the market leasing executive for Weingarten Realty’s Dallas-Fort Worth Industrial Division. In addition, he was an industrial broker at CBRE and Lee and Associates.

Mr. Smith graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and is an active member of North Texas Association of Realtors.
