ITASCA, ILLNOIS – Patrick Shannon, Senior Vice President of ML Realty Partners, is pleased to announce that Brendan Hill has joined the firm as Acquisition Director.

Mr. Hill will oversee the acquisitions of buildings and redevelopment opportunities for ML Realty Partners in the Chicagoland market.

“As we continue to grow our portfolio in the Chicagoland market, we are excited to add Brendan’s years of knowledge to our team,” stated Shannon.

Hill joins with 15 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as a senior associate broker with Nicolson, Porter & List. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of Dayton’s School of Business Administration.
