(Itasca, Illinois) – Lisa Krumwiede, ML Realty Partners’ Director of Asset Management, is pleased to announce that Caroline Kruse has joined the firm as Asset Manager.  Kruse will focus on Chicagoland and Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio management for ML Realty Partners.

“Caroline’s experience and knowledge in operations and asset management will help her hit the ground running,” said Krumwiede. “We are eager to have her join the ML Realty Partners team.”

Ms. Kruse was previously employed with CBRE as Senior Real Estate Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.
