ITASCA, ILLINOIS – Brendan Hill, Acquisition Director of ML Realty Partners, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a fully leased industrial building at 1880 Busse Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

The 60,000 square foot building is located one mile west of O’Hare International Airport with access to I-390 and prominent exposure on Busse Road. The building is occupied by one of the largest printers in the Midwest, Schiele Graphics.

“Through this acquisition, we are excited to add a very functional, fully leased building in an excellent O’Hare location to our portfolio,” said Hill.
