ML Realty Partners Announces 372,000 Square Feet in Dallas-Fort Worth Lease Transactions

DALLAS, TEXAS – ML Realty Partners is pleased to announce that the firm has completed 371,661 square feet in recent Dallas-Fort Worth industrial lease transactions as follows:

  • Butler Animal Health Supply LLC renewed their lease for 120,000 square feet at 14800 FAA Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas. Bob Acuff of Colliers represented Butler in the transaction.
  • Force America renewed their lease for 12,421 square feet at Union Bower Business Park in Irving, Texas. Todd Poticny and Ryan Boozer of Stream Realty represented Force America in the transaction.
  • Fortune Energy signed a new lease for 8,800 square feet at Union Bower Business Park in Irving, Texas.
  • Jun Ceramic Inc (DBA Cepac Tile) signed a new lease for 16,162 square feet at Union Bower Business Park in Irving, Texas. Keenan Cook of Mercer Company represented Jun Ceramic and Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.
  • Gourmet Foods, Inc renewed their lease for 8,320 square feet at Union Bower Business Park in Irving, Texas. Phil Rosenfeld of Lee & Associates represented Gourmet Foods in the transaction.
  • Select Millwork, Inc renewed their lease for 10,800 SF at Union Bower Business Park in Irving, Texas. Randy White of Randy White Real Estate Services represented Select Millwork in the transaction.
  • W. Grainger renewed their lease for 39,305 square feet at 8301 John W. Carpenter Freeway in Dallas, Texas.
  • The Spencer Company, Inc has renewed their lease for 44,240 square feet at 1184-1188 Quaker Court in Dallas, Texas. George Baldwin of Baldwin Company Investments represented The Spencer Company in the transaction.
  • G&C Direct Mail Marketing, Inc signed a new lease for 60,010 at 1111 Regal Row in Dallas, Texas. Grant Laughlin of Laughlin Commercial represented G&C and David Easterling of CBRE represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.
  • The J.M. Fry Company renewed their lease for 11,698 at 920 Avenue N in Grand Prairie, Texas. Chris Bly of Capstone Commercial represented J.M. Fry in the transaction.
