DALLAS, TEXAS– ML Realty Partners announced that the firm has successfully completed the development of McKinney Trade Center, a 24-acre master planned business park consisting of three buildings varying in sizes from 95,840 square feet to 159,984 square feet. With frontage on Wilmeth Road, the buildings are situated near I-75 and offer direct access to Highways 121 and 380.
ML Realty Partners has executed two pre-leases at McKinney Trade Center, totaling 91,992 square feet, bringing the multi-tenant development to 25% leased. ML Realty Partners was represented by Adam Graham and Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates in the transactions.

Blount Fine Foods Corp pre-leased 28,212 square feet of industrial space in the 95,840 square foot building at 320 Wilmeth Road, McKinney, Texas. Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates represented Blount in the transaction.
L&S Plumbing Partnership Ltd pre-leased 63,780 square feet in the 160,110 square foot building at 330 Wilmeth Road, McKinney, Texas. Kent Smith and Stephen Cooper of NAI Robert Lynn represented L&S in the transaction.
Both tenants chose McKinney Trade Center due to its first-class image and immediate access to Interstate 75.
