(Itasca, Illinois) – ML Realty Partners is pleased to announce three recent promotions. John Benson, Shari Crivello and Matt Novak were promoted at the Itasca-based firm.

Benson was promoted to the role of Senior Director of Development. Since joining the firm in 2016, his industrial market experience and passion for the company have been great contributions to his success.

Crivello was promoted to Senior Director. Crivello, who joined the firm in 2010, has been an important part of shaping many functions inside the company. Her attention to detail and reputation in the real estate community has been benefited ML Realty Partners in many ways.

Novak was promoted to Leasing Manager for his reliable, hard work and growth within his role since joining ML Realty Partners in 2015. He will oversee the leasing efforts of ML Realty Partners’ Chicagoland portfolio.
