DALLAS, TEXAS — Matthew Smith, Vice President of ML Realty Partners, is pleased to announce the firm’s acquisition of two fully leased buildings comprising 79,640 square feet. Located in Plano and Grand Prairie, the purchases include the following properties:
1001 Progress Street in Plano, Texas is a single-tenant 50,000 square foot industrial building leased by full-service moving and storage tenant, Coleman American Moving Services. The property provides one acre of paved outside storage and easy access to the Central Expressway and President George Bush Turnpike.
918-920 Avenue N in Grand Prairie, Texas is a two-unit, 29,640 square foot industrial facility leased by Studio Moulding, Inc and The J.M. Fry Company. Situated near Highway 360, Highway 161 and Interstate 30, the building is in Great Southwest Industrial Park and allows tenants to efficiently service the entire North Texas region.
“These transactions expand ML Realty Partners’ presence to Plano and Grand Prairie. The properties are well located in two of the most active submarkets in Dallas-Fort Worth which makes them great long-term assets,” said Smith.
